The DOT1 Solutions - 4Cplus Easy GST solution API has been approved by the eInvoicing NIC API team. The solution allows the suppliers to report the eInvoice to the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) which in turn generates a unique Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and digitally sign the e-invoice and also generate a QR code. IRP sends the eInvoice details to the eWay Bill system for generation of Part A of eWay Bill system. The IRP will also send the digitally signed eInvoice to the supplier and recipient via mail. This will ensure complete trail of B2B invoices and also substantially reduce in input credit verification issues as same data will get reported to tax department as well to buyer in their inward supply (purchase) register. The system works with all invoicing/ ERP systems including CIO|365 and SAP. The solution supports realtime, batch and manual modes. The integration is through API or MS Excel/ FTP.
