Sanjaya is an M. Tech in Computer Science from BITS Pilani from the batch of 1983. He is a gold medallist, has worked in US where he successfully launched 2 products for the US market - Mass 11 Manager for VAX and PC's. He then came back to India to setup his own venture: CRAC Computers, a software and hardware Company. In 2000 he started 4Cplus. When 4Cplus was formed in 2000, all the clients and technologies developed by Sanjaya over a decade were brought into the new entity.
B.K. Arora has rich experince in technology for more than 3 decades. After completing his Masters he started his career in software development and was associated with Dainik Bhaskar Group 26 years where he was eventually heading IT department. He also took up multiple green field challenges. He has successfully delivered various transformational projects by building high performing IT Teams, capabilities and delivery models. He is a regular speaker at various Management and Engineering Institutions, SAP Labs and at seminars. He has expertise in transformation of manual processes to Technology being rolled out for large environments.
G.S. Chauhan is a postgraduate from Kumoun University, Nainital and also has done PGDBA from Chandigarh College of Management affiliated with Punjab University. He has 9 years of work experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Exports and 14 years in IT sector by performing different pivotal role in Finance, administration, Marketing and Planning. His 23 years of experience in different industries always provides strategic strength to 4Cplus. He has been associated with 4Cplus since inception of the company.
Deepak is a qualified Chartered Accountant and renowned consultant for ISOquality certification with 15 years of post qualification experience. He is responsible forfinancial management & driving the ISO 9002 Quality Initiative. Deepak has exposure in Media, Cement, Sugar, Construction, Food Processing Units and Tourism.
